• Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week with no weekends or holiday hours! 

Salem Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team!

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• Organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Veterinary or medical front-desk experience is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets

• Schedule appointments and manage phone and email communications

• Support the hospital team with front-desk and administrative tasks

• Help create a positive, smooth experience for clients from check-in to check-out
